Regional Aftersales Manager

In this role, you'll work closely with dynamic teams, drive innovative process improvements, and create strong bonds with dealerships and vendors all while making a real impact on our customers’ experience across the region.

Job Descriptions: Oversee and optimize aftersales operations across multiple locations, ensuring every customer gets outstanding service. Support a diverse team of service pros and technicians to hit performance goals and exceed expectations. Develop and implement solutions that quickly resolve service issues, warranty claims, and maintenance requests. Analyze performance metrics and champion new ideas to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency. Cultivate strong relationships with dealerships, service centers, and vendors to create a seamless aftersales network. Keep a sharp eye on service standards to ensure we always meet internal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute strategies that drive regional growth and elevate our aftersales performance. Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to ensure our operations are as cost-effective as they are high-quality.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. At least have 5 years in after-sales operations, preferably within the automotive industry. P roven track record in managing and developing teams, with excellent mentorship and people management abilities. Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently. Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement to drive operational excellence. Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English. Familiarity with digital tools and automotive service management systems to streamline operations.
