eDOT is present as an e-commerce or marketplace in the form of mobile applications (mobile apps) and desktop web. The main services provided by eDOT are Sales/Purchase and Distribution of fastmoving consumer goods involving Brand Owners (Principles), Distributors, Wholesalers, to Retailers

Job Description

Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate AI models into chatbot solutions.

Design and implement data processing and analysis pipelines to improve AI model performance.

Regularly review and update AI models to ensure they remain cutting‑edge and relevant to market needs.

Develop personalized AI features to enhance user experience and engagement.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to guide business strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis, preferably in AI or machine learning projects.

Proven experience with AI model development and deployment.

Experience with OpenAI models or similar AI platforms.

Proficient in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.

Strong background in machine learning, neural networks, and NLP (Natural Language Processing).

Experience with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Innovative thinker with a passion for AI and chatbot technologies.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
