We're Hiring: Corporate Solutions Specialist
Gentem Indonesia is expanding its Corporate Solutions team and seeking a results-oriented B2B sales professional who can build strategic partnerships, understand corporate learning needs, and deliver tailored solutions that support business growth. This is a key commercial role with direct influence on how companies invest in developing their people.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
Build and sustain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and business leaders to increase engagement, drive renewals, and secure long-term partnerships.
Develop and grow corporate accounts by identifying prospects, diagnosing client needs, and presenting tailored English and education solutions.
Execute a full-cycle B2B sales process, including outbound prospecting, sales presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closing and after-sales.
Customize training proposals based on client requirements while maintaining program feasibility and alignment with Gentem’s standards.
Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to manage pipeline health, prioritize opportunities, and forecast revenue accurately.

Minimum Qualifications
️ What We’re Looking For:
Strong capability in identifying and qualifying leads, uncovering client challenges, and aligning needs with appropriate training solutions.
Proven experience delivering structured, persuasive sales presentations and managing complex objections or negotiations.
Demonstrated ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships and manage key accounts with discipline and consistency.
Solid outbound prospecting skills, with the ability to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
High proficiency in CRM usage, sales documentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in corporate training, education, HR solutions, or similar service-based sectors.
