Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Taxation / Finance.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.

Strong understanding of financial and tax regulations.

Strong leadership & analytical skills, with high attention to detail.

Able to work under deadlines and coordinate across teams.

Excellent communication skills; able to guide junior staff.

Mandarin language ability is a plus.

Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.

Willing to be placed at our sister company in North Jakarta.

Job Description Finance

Supervise daily cash flow management and financial transactions.

Review vendor payments, reimbursements, and bank operations.

Monitor and ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliations.

Accounting

Oversee daily bookkeeping and transaction recording.

Prepare and review monthly financial reports; support month‑end and year‑end closing.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance in financial records.

Tax

Supervise timely and accurate tax reporting (VAT, Withholding Tax 21/23/25/Final).

Review monthly and annual tax filings (SPT Masa & Tahunan).

Ensure compliance with current tax regulations and support tax audits when required.
