Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute CRM and campaign strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and monthly active users (MAU)
Manage and deploy monthly or seasonal campaigns across digital channels using engagement platforms and internal CMS
Build audience segmentation and targeting strategies based on user behavior and campaign objectives
Manage and work with marketing tools such as engagement platforms, MMP, and analytics tools (e.g. Braze, AppsFlyer, or similar)
Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and analysis for optimization
Manage reward and incentive mechanics to support campaign effectiveness
Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through data-driven optimization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or campaign management
Experience working with engagement platforms, MMP, or similar marketing tools
Understanding of customer journey, digital funnels, and engagement metrics
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong team player with good communication and collaboration skills
Strong proficiency in English
