Accounting & Finance Staff

About the role As an Accounting & Finance staff at PT Trimega Bangun Prima, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This is a full-time position based in Cengkareng Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Prepare monthly tax reporting including PPn, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Psl 4 (2)

Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations

Provide support to the Finance and Accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (D3/D4 or S1 from reputable University)

Hold Brevet AB are mandatory

2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role and tax

Preferred has 1-2 years working experience as an Auditor or Accounting Service from Public Accountant ( Internship experience is not include)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in the use of accounting software (Zahir, Accurate, SAP, etc.) and spreadsheet applications

Good communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, work independently and as part of a team

Residing the Jakarta Barat area
