English IGCSE Level Teacher

About the Role Bina Bangsa School is seeking an experienced and passionate English IGCSE Level Teacher to join our dynamic academic team. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality IGCSE English lessons (First Language and/or Second Language) following the Cambridge curriculum.

Teach key skills including reading comprehension, textual analysis, writing, grammar, and effective communication.

Design lesson plans, classroom activities, and assessments that promote strong linguistic, analytical, and writing skills.

Integrate Apple technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

Track, assess, and provide constructive feedback on student progress and performance.

Build an engaging, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages active learning.

Collaborate with academic teams to support curriculum development and school initiatives.

Participate in school meetings, events, professional development, and parent engagement activities.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in English or related subjects.

Proven experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE English (FLE/SLE) is highly preferred.

Strong command of English language, literature frameworks, and skills-based instruction.

Competent in integrating technology in the classroom; familiarity with Apple Distinguished School practices is an advantage.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in English, Literature, Education, Communication, or a related field.

Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about developing students’ language proficiency, critical thinking, and writing abilities.
