Job Summary
Responsible for managing operations of a sales outpost branch. Oversees sales and the provision of services to local clients. Develops and maintains relationships with both new and existing customers. Is responsible for internal operations of the branch, e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology. May upsell additional services, parts, and equipment as needed. Branch Management roles are also available in the following Job Families: Consumer and Commercial Banking, Retail, and Sales, Marketing and Product Management.
Job Description
Manage sales area performance cooperate with MPC
Lead all resources at sales area level and ensure all run well aligned to target
Coordinate with other support functions to ensure target achievement
Manage & motivate MPC team (Distribution Service, Availability & Visibility)
Track & monitor Distribution Service daily
Manage sales team to execute excellence distribution
Manage sale team to implement merchandising guideline
Lead sales team to achieve target
Coordinate & motivate team everyday
Execute trade/channel program from HQ/Area/Sales Area
Manage & maintain continuous growth (creativity to create new points of income)
Requirements
Preferably someone whose home-base in Banjarbaru area and willing to travel within areas
Background education min. Bachelor degree in any major
Have min. 7 years experience in Sales & Marketing field especially telecommunication industry or retail
Great leadership skill and good interpersonal skill
Good knowledge of local market, customer & outlet need, local competitors
Good understanding of sales, distribution, market and competitor analysis
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Understand product knowledge, trade/channel program & branding outlet
Understand & implementation of sales application
Mandatory to have driving license (Sim A)
