The hotel features 362 guest rooms, an Olympic-size swimming pool, international buffet selections, 2 ballrooms, and 23 meeting rooms capable of hosting up to 1,800 delegates. It’s strategically situated close to business & shopping centers, JIExpo Kemayoran, Ancol Dreamland, and the Jakarta International Stadium.

Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Conduct site visits and showcase venue facilities to potential clients.

Create compelling proposals and presentations for social events and F&B packages.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of booked events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.

Stay up-to-date with local market trends and competitor offerings.

Attend industry networking events and trade shows to generate leads.

Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track sales activities.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications

2-3 years of sales experience in hospitality or food & beverage.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Experience in event planning and coordination.

Knowledge of social event planning and F&B industry trends.

Understanding of local market dynamics in Jakarta.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.

Strong social media skills and understanding of digital marketing techniques.
