Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

Overview

Monitoring daily accounting operation to ensure accuracy and timely financial reporting and month-end, quarter, year-end accounting closing. Direct and overview of all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. Contribute and provide leadership in the development for short and long term strategic financial objectives. Ensure compliance with local group accounting policies, internal controls, and tax regulations. Prepare regular management reports and analyses of profitably, costs, business volumes, capital expenditures, budgeting, Business plan and forecasting to support management decision. Actively involve and participate in the development of the company’s overall business strategies and plans. Prepare new model business plan analysis, and investment. Formulate design of financial and accounting systems and policies to improve working procedure, Internal Control, Report, and presentation of financial information. Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and consolidation all entities in Indonesia and reporting to the Head quarter. Preparation of IFRS financial statements for financial consolidation. Working capital analysis including inventory, AR, AP. Monitor & optimize cash flow and treasury management. Responsible for the statutory financial statement preparation and audit, in line with applicable accounting standards and regulations.Accountable for tax calculations & declarations. Collaborate with external and internal audit, Revenue department, etc. Co-ordinate with other departments and vendors to achieve timely and accurate processing of accounts payable related activities. Ensure vendor master data are maintained and payment are made through a secure process. Conduct cost control reviews and assess cost-reduction opportunities. Oversee billing and account receivable activities, ensuring billing timeliness completeness and accuracy, timely collection, accurate payment verification and allocation and daily bank reconciliation. Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company. Participate in other projects as requested by management. Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management Key Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Experienced in management Finance or Accounting min 5-7 years. Experience in Accounting, Budgeting, Financial analysis, and taxation is a must. Experienced in yearly financial audit and tax audit are preferable. Excellent analytical skills and Reporting. Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, prioritization, proactive and teamwork with ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and efficiency at multi-tasking with adjustable priorities. Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Understanding of Logistics/Depot/Transportation business principles and practices or have an experienced work in logistics company before. Knowledge in SOP (Standard of Procedure) Documentation, workflow related of AP and training new team members. Experience in SAP is preferred Good command of both written and spoken English.
