Junior Inventory Control Executive Company:

Responsibilities

Provide and reconcile sales and inventory reports for Commercial/Finance Team on a regular basis with high accuracy and effectiveness.

Coordinate with a Supply Chain & Operations Team to prepare or reconcile stock & claim calculation reports for principals.

Assist manager in-charge in preparing financial performance reports with strong analysis.

Assist supply chain team to prepare ideal inventory simulations.

Provide inventory performance for any Warehouse Location.

Requirements

Have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.

Possess strong integrity and a good attitude.

Self‑motivated and highly initiative.

A result‑oriented team player with great problem‑solving ability.

Have at least 2 years of experience working in related fields.

Possess excellent communication skills.

Maintain a keen eye for detail to boost team productivity and minimise errors.

Possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Possess an eagerness to learn and the ability to work in flexible hours.

Willing to work in SIRCLO’s warehouse (Tangerang).
