Director of Sales

to drive strategic growth across Europe.

This organisation delivers

vertically integrated solutions

from early-stage

design and development

through moulding, automation, clean-room assembly, and full lifecycle support. They partner with top OEMs and scale new product introductions with speed, precision, and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute European commercial strategy to expand OEM and medical device customer base

Identify new opportunities within drug delivery, diagnostics, surgical devices, life sciences, and consumables

Build C-suite and senior engineering relationships, influencing design-for-manufacture solutions

Collaborate with global operations, engineering, and program management teams

Deliver sustainable revenue growth and support multi-site manufacturing capability

What We’re Looking For

Deep experience in

injection moulding for medical or regulated markets

Strong track record in enterprise sales, strategic account development, and solution selling

Ability to lead high-value, multi-stakeholder deals

Based anywhere in Europe with travel flexibility
