Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to project teams to ensure smooth execution. Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports. Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle project communications. Monitor project timelines and flag potential risks or delays. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in project coordination is a plus! Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Required language: English or Mandarin will be a plus point.
