Position: Cost Controller Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of cost control for the resort, with a strong focus on F&B and operational costs.

Conduct regular spot checks, inventory counts, and audits to ensure accuracy.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.

Analyze menu engineering, pricing, and supplier costs to optimize profitability.

Work closely with department heads to manage departmental budgets and control expenses.

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cost Controller in Hotel Industry is a MUST.

Good command of English (both spoken and written).

Ability to work under pressure, willingness to grow and adopt to the working conditions.
