Senior Tax (Consulting)

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Accounting & Tax team.

Provide strategic tax and accounting advice to both internal teams and clients.

Oversee the company’s tax obligations and ensure full compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Supervise the preparation of financial statements to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Develop and manage financial projects, including improvements to tax and accounting procedures.

Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.

Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in tax and accounting, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor position.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic decisions in complex situations.

Holds USKP A&B certifications, as well as other relevant tax competency certifications (highly preferred).

Experienced in auditing data analysis results and providing solutions to identified issues.

In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, Internal Control, Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), Luxury Goods Sales Tax (PPNBM) in the construction industry, Final Tax, Asset and Land Tax, and MSME taxation.

Proven experience in handling multiple clients simultaneously, preferably within a consulting or professional services firm.
