Head App & Web Owner - AXIS

Job Purpose :To design and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Axis applications to drive user growth and engagement while ensuring seamless app performance and alignment with business objectives. Main Responsibilities :- Design and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MyXL, MySF, and Axis apps to ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals. - Strengthen features and enhancements based on user insights, market trends, and strategic objectives. - Manage app growth initiatives, including growth hacking strategies to increase usage and market penetration. - Oversee testing, rollout sequencing, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal user experience and operational stability. Requirements :Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or other relevant fields.Master’s degree is an advantage.Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.Proven track record of managing products across the full lifecycle (discovery, development, launch, and optimization).Experience working in cross-functional environments (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations).Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery frameworks.Prior experience handling digital products or technology-driven platforms is preferred.
