Job Summary
The Digital Strategy Assistant Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives dedicated to strengthening POCARI SWEAT’s brand presence across online platforms. The role ensures that digital strategies and executions align with POCARI SWEAT’s brand positioning as a health and hydration beverage, integrating creative storytelling, influencer engagement, and data‑driven optimization. This position bridges strategy and execution, ensuring all digital activities effectively contribute to brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies for POCARI SWEAT to reinforce brand positioning, consumer engagement, and health‑related awareness.
Plan and manage the POCARI SWEAT digital marketing calendar and budget to ensure effective and timely execution of online campaigns and content initiatives.
Define and track measurable POCARI SWEAT digital KPIs (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention, ROAS) to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Support the development of integrated digital campaign frameworks ensuring cross‑platform consistency and alignment with brand communication and ATL activities.
Develop POCARI SWEAT digital content strategies by defining storytelling themes related to hydration, sports, and healthy lifestyles, tailored to audience segments.
Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies to produce digital content that reflects brand values and adheres to visual and regulatory standards.
Manage content publication schedules across POCARI SWEAT’s owned channels (social media, website) to maintain consistent brand presence and audience interaction.
Monitor and enhance website and platform performance including SEO visibility, UX flow, and mobile optimization for the POCARI SWEAT brand site or pages.
Coordinate influencer/KOL programs relevant to POCARI SWEAT’s audience (e.g., athletes, wellness creators) to strengthen advocacy and authenticity in campaigns.
Collect and integrate POCARI SWEAT’s digital performance data from social, media, and website platforms into a unified dashboard for accurate reporting.
Analyze campaign results to identify trends, audience behavior, and optimization opportunities, ensuring insights translate into actionable improvements.
Support continuous optimization of digital activities through testing, audience retargeting, and creative refreshes within approved budgets and timelines.
Support alignment of POCARI SWEAT digital activities with ATL campaigns, field marketing, and e‑commerce initiatives to maintain unified brand messaging.
Provide support on collaboration projects with e‑commerce partners or digital platforms to strengthen POCARI SWEAT's brand engagement and conversion.
Support the preparation of performance reports and insights for management to facilitate decision‑making and highlight digital performance achievements.
Requirements
Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
4–6 years experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, knowledge in SEO/SEM tools, and CMS preferred.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Data‑driven, with a strong awareness of current digital trends and tools.
