Requirement Indonesian citizenship Minimum 2 years experience in similar position Has a background in a 5-star hotel / luxury brand Familiar with booking systems PMS / Opera system Has understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment handling Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekdays and holidays Has positive attitude and professional manner Excellent communication in English both in written and verbal
