General Manager of Guld Token Project

to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Guld’s roadmap. This role combines leadership, ecosystem development, and public evangelism, driving Guld’s growth as the gateway for millions of Indonesians into the Web3 economy.

Role Overview As the

Guld GM , you will serve as both the internal driver and external face of the project. You’ll steer Guld’s strategic roadmap, manage key stakeholder and community relationships, and shape how Guld is positioned within Indonesia’s crypto and fintech landscape. The ideal candidate is a

hands-on Web3 operator and leader , deeply embedded in the crypto ecosystem, with a track record of building or scaling blockchain-based initiatives. You are comfortable being the public face of Guld at events, podcasts, and conferences — and you thrive on taking ambitious ideas from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities Define, refine, and execute Guld’s overall product and ecosystem roadmap. Act as the

public representative

of Guld in local and international crypto events, media interviews, and community gatherings. Build and manage strategic partnerships across DeFi protocols, exchanges, wallets, and on/off-ramp providers. Lead community engagement and KOL strategy to accelerate adoption among Web2 users and influencers. Oversee communication and marketing efforts to strengthen Guld’s identity, visibility, and narrative in the regional and global Web3 ecosystem. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between the tech, product, and community teams to align launches and campaigns. Monitor user insights, market trends, and competitive movements to guide data-driven growth decisions. Qualifications Deep understanding of

crypto, blockchain technologies, and Web3 ecosystems , with active personal or professional involvement in past projects. Proven track record in

building, scaling, or leading Web3 communities, products, or token ecosystems . Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence representing a brand publicly. Experience managing

community, KOL, and media relations

in a tech or crypto context. Entrepreneurial and resourceful, with a bias toward action and problem-solving. Based in

Jakarta

or able to operate within the Indonesian crypto community ecosystem full-time. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred (Nice to Have) Involvement in or partnerships with crypto communities, DAOs, or exchanges in Southeast Asia. Exposure to tokenomics design or community-led governance. Previous experience in roles blending business development, branding, and ecosystem growth.
