Branch and Agency Operation Support

Job Responsibilities

Review, verify for expenses related submission (T&E, business trip, Sponsorship, Marketing Support)

Coordinate with Finance/HR/Tax for account payable

Monitor expense budget utilization and highlight potential cost control opportunities.

Serve as the point of contact for expense related inquiries from Branches and Head Office

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a background in Accounting, Insurance, or Management.

Knowledge of T & E policies

Basic accounting skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong attention to detail

Efficient and effective critical thinking

Have experience 1-5 years
