Job Description
The Facility & Procurement Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient facility operations while managing procurement activities to support daily business needs. This role oversees vendor management, conducts facility inspections, coordinates maintenance improvements, and ensures all purchasing processes are accurate, cost-effective, and timely.
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end purchasing processes, including creating and managing purchase orders.
Source and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing, quality standards, and favorable terms.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth logistics.
Conduct regular facility audits to monitor conditions, safety, and operational readiness.
Perform maintenance assessments, identify issues, and recommend improvement or repair actions.
Manage internal item and facility-related requests by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Work closely with the finance team on vendor onboarding, invoice verification, and payment scheduling to ensure compliance and timely processing.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in any major.
3โ5 years of experience in procurement, facilities management, or a related role.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Experience handling maintenance assessments or facility audits is a plus.
Good coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Familiar with purchase order processes and basic finance procedures.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
