Merchandising Manager (Retail Shoes)

We are a leading Indonesian holding company that includes retail and fashion brands. We are seeking a Merchandise Manager. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields from a reputable university Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail merchandising Experience managing Footwear and/or Apparel categories Experience in branded sportswear, fashion, or footwear companies is a strong advantage Proven experience leading a merchandising team Strong and deep understanding of merchandise planning and assortment building Strong analytical skills (Excel, reporting tools, sell‑through analysis) High market and trend sensitivity in lifestyle/sportswear categories Strong negotiation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking Results‑oriented, adaptive, creative, and quick in decision‑making Detail‑oriented while maintaining a big‑picture mindset Passionate about the footwear and fashion industry
