service-based consulting firm
specializing in legal, accounting, and tax. We are seeking an
Operations Manager
with a strong background in legal or business consulting and excellent analytical skills to oversee daily operations, optimize processes and drive cross-departmental performance.
Role Overview
As a
service company , our core activities involve providing professional consultancy and tailored solutions for clients rather than manufacturing products. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that internal processes and service delivery run effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
This role serves as a bridge between the CEO and all departments (HR, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Sales & Marketing, and Vendor Management). The OM is expected to streamline workflows, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement to uphold the quality of services delivered to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments.
Implement, monitor, and improve SOPs, workflows, and compliance processes.
Coordinate between teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and recommendations for management.
Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
Ensure excellent communication and service standards for clients.
Support strategic planning and operational execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law (strongly preferred), Management, Business Administration or related fields.
5+ years of proven experience as an Operations Manager in a Service-Oriented Company (consultancy background highly preferred).
Able to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.
Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Proven track record in financial management, risk management, and project supervision.
Strong background in workforce planning, team development, and performance management.
Experience in handling vendors such as notaries, lawyers, contractors, tax consultants, and other professional service providers, including monitoring their service levels and maintaining good partnerships.
