Creative Graphic Designer

We are looking for a

full-time Graphic Designer (Bali - WFO)

to join Lumen Creative and Digital Marketing Agency in Denpasar, Bali. This on‑site role offers an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced agency environment, supporting multiple brands and campaigns.

Requirements

Must be based in Bali (currently located in Bali).

Able to join ASAP (Early March 2026).

Responsibilities

Design key visuals for campaigns and brand activations.

Produce ads creative assets for performance marketing.

Ensure visual consistency and apply brand guidelines across all outputs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign needs and timelines.

Qualifications

Good grasp of visual design fundamentals and brand guideline implementation.

No minimum education requirement. Candidates with relevant skills and experience are welcome to apply, including fresh graduates.

Prior experience working in an agency environment or creative industry will be considered an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, with good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.

Comfortable working collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.

Compensation

Salary range:

IDR 4,000,000 - 5,000,000.
