Responsibilities:

Work 24/7/365 in a 3‑shift system with the following shift times:

Shift I: 08.00 – 16.00

Shift II: 16.00 – 00.00

Shift III: 00.00 – 08.00

Perform hand‑over 30 minutes before shift change; arrive 30 minutes prior to shift start.

Day‑to‑day monitoring of applications, databases and servers, including:

Applications: monitor availability and response time using OpManager URL tools or other legally owned tools, recording each hour with a checklist.

Databases: monitor SQL services, jobs, agents, blocking and expensive queries, HA/replication/Always On configurations, SSIS, and backups, recording hourly with a database checklist.

Servers: monitor CPU, RAM, disk utilization and performance for all physical and virtual servers, using Remote Desktop or VMware monitoring tools, recording hourly with a server checklist.

Report all checklists for applications, databases and servers via email to the Okti Department at the end of Shift III.

Communicate any incidents or issues on applications, databases or servers using the agreed communication media, with a response time of no more than 15 minutes.

Troubleshoot incidents in collaboration with the Maintenance Team.

Install Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server and related products/features as required.

Prepare Incident Management Reports for specific incidents, e.g., application outage, database blocking, exceeding resource thresholds or other operational-impacting events.

Prepare Monthly Reports combining Maintenance, Troubleshoot and Monitoring reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Management, or a related IT field, proven by a photocopy of the diploma.

At least one year of experience in installing and configuring Windows Server 2016 or newer, and Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or newer, proven by a work experience letter, employment contract or résumé.
