Merchandiser Fashion & Supply Chain

Manage merchandiser end-to-end to supply chain coordination from material sourcing to production and delivery.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers and factories.

Source materials and negotiate pricing to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.

Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and sales) to align product specifications.

Track supplier performance and resolve production-related issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Textile, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Must Experience in merchandising or supply chain within the apparel industry.

Strong network and established connections with factories.

Solid knowledge of garment materials, especially for

T-shirts, long skirts, and bras .

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Willing to travel for business trips when required.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
