Identify digital transformation opportunities from customer journey and business process insights. Develop digital business strategies leveraging emerging technologies (AI, cloud, IoT, RPA, etc.). Create transformation roadmaps with phased implementation. Advise on data-driven decision-making and platformization of key services. Lead requirement definition and functional design for digital platforms. Architect scalable and secure solutions such as integrating APIs, cloud services. Bridge business and technology teams to ensure solution fit and value realization. Responsibilities

Formulate DX strategy. Design DX solutions to meet client needs. Define IT planning and architecture, including assessing landscapes and designing target architectures. Develop IT investment plans and create phased transformation roadmaps. Identify opportunities from customer journeys and business insights. Leverage emerging technologies for digital strategies. Lead functional and technical requirements for digital platforms. Design scalable, secure solutions, including API and cloud integrations. Coordinate between business and technical teams for solution implementation and value realization. Qualifications

7+ years in IT consulting, solution architecture, or digital transformation. 3+ years in solution architect or technology strategy leadership roles. Proven experience leading enterprise IT strategy or DX projects. Strong knowledge of SDLC, enterprise and data architecture, and cloud tech. Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders. Experience in stakeholder management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Seniority level
