Store Manager ( Bakery )

About the role As the Store Manager (Bakery) at HONBUN Bakery, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the operations of our bakery retail locations in West Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate bakers and sales associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive the financial success of the business.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the bakery store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.

Oversee the production and quality control of baked goods to ensure consistently high standards.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bakery and drive sales.

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of bakers and sales associates.

Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve store performance targets.

Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and operational regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or bakery operations role.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Solid understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.

Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.

Passion for the bakery industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
