PPIC Associate

Preparing and monitoring production planning based on forecasts, sales orders, and production capacity

Controlling the availability of materials, WIP, and finished goods to align with the production schedule

Monitoring actual production versus planning and analyzing deviations

Controlling optimal safety stock levels of finished goods and raw materials to avoid stock shortages or overstocking

Coordinating with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth production processes

Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to planning, stock, and production output

Conducting periodic stock opname of materials and finished goods

Being responsible for PPIC administrative activities such as production reports, achievement of production targets, production purchase orders, and related matters

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or a related major, with a minimum of 1 year of work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain concepts

Meticulous, analytical, and responsible

Able to communicate well and work in a team
