Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Lombok. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning innovative and functional building structures. Responsibilities include creating detailed architectural designs, preparing blueprints, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves overseeing construction projects, and working closely with construction teams to ensure designs are executed correctly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge and expertise in architectural design, space planning, and urban development STRA and IAI active member Skilled in using architectural software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field Professional certification or licensure in architecture is mandatory
