Trainer (Product & Retail Training)

We are an AI Technology Company preparing for a major launch in Indonesia. Our products go far beyond vehicles — we are introducing new intelligent technology that will redefine user experience in mobility and beyond.

We are looking for a Trainer to support product training, internal team development, and retail execution for Omoway in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Assist in product and retail training sessions

Support preparation of training materials

Coordinate with retail, sales, and operations teams

Follow up training feedback and improvements

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and confidence in public speaking

Able to explain technical or product-related topics in a clear and simple way

Good learning ability and open mindset (training experience is NOT required)

Interested in EV, technology, or automotive-related products

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is preferred

Willing to travel when needed and support training activities across regions
