COST ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

This position is intended for entry-level

Qualification

D3 / S1 Accounting

Experience at least 1 year in similar position (entry-level)

Very good Microsoft Excel skills

Experience with ERP system, preferably Odoo

Discipline, have good communication skills and can work with a team

Responsibilities Costing

Modification of the BOMs, including indication of workgroup

Reliable costing and pricing

Inventory Valuation

Reducing manual method

Establishing a fixed and reliable structure (material, DL, OH)

Setting up automatic valuation by Odoo

Evaluation and re‑set up Odoo for continuous improvement

Analyses and Reports

Material Prices

Monitoring and summarizing changes in material prices

Forecasting future impact on products

Workgroup Performance and financial impact

Actual vs planned material consumption

Product Margin

Statistics about profit makeup and product categories

Summary of issues in production

Asset Management

Asset Tracking System/Asset Management

Assign responsibilities for assets

Monitoring of valuable assets in production area by Maintenance

Monitoring of machineries down time (set up, preventive, corrective,.) by Maintenance

Data Management

Setting up a standardized system

Restructure of the server folders for each department
