Merchandise Coordinator

to join our team in Bogor, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. With a rich history of preserving and promoting Indonesia’s natural heritage, we are looking for an enthusiastic professional who can contribute to our ongoing efforts to enhance visitor engagement and support sustainable tourism initiatives. Job requirements: Minimum 2–3 years Experience in the hospitality, retail, merchandising, or service industry is preferred. Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior to determine suitable merchandise assortments. Ability to design and arrange in-store product displays to create an attractive visual presentation and drive customer purchases. Ensure the right products are available in the right stores, at the right time, and in the right quantities. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, and marketing, to achieve business objectives. Job Specification: Minimum D3 in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and demonstrate a high level of integrity. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexible and willing to work on weekends and public holidays. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
