Sales & Marketing Supervisor

About the role PT Mobilindo Nusa Persada

is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Supervisor to join our dynamic team, based in Jakarta, covering West Area (Central Java, West Java, Jakarta, Banten, Sumatera, Kalimantan). In this contract role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all sales and marketing activities to drive growth and achieve our ambitious business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services

Manage existing customer accounts while actively prospecting and acquiring new clients to achieve sales targets

Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to inform decision-making and refine our approach

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing initiatives

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement

Participate in the planning and delivery of various marketing campaigns and events

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing supervisory role, preferably within the industrial / Horeca sales channel.

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and experience in leveraging various channels and platforms

Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Proven track record of achieving sales and marketing targets

Proficient in using relevant software and tools for sales and marketing activities

Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
