Responsibilities

Responsible for performing contamination control and safety activities related to technical job processes and referring to standard manuals or procedures.

Responsible for activating to reduce waste and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsible for completing all documents related to service administration and technical/technology job processes, referring to standard manuals or procedures.

Responsible for processing parts request and return related to technical/technology job processes and ensuring the parts/components are in good condition when handed over to the customer.

Responsible for ensuring tools and equipment utilization related to technical/technology job processes, including ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.

Responsible for mechanical job processes (D/A, R/I, PM, Recondition and Technical Analysis 1) and referring to standard manuals or procedures.

Responsible for defining service requirements (revenue, warranty or guarantee) related to customer requests.

Responsible for ensuring the implementation of corporate standard procedures and best practice.

Responsible for ensuring service activity is quick to respond, meets target completion, meets customer requirements and maintains satisfactory quality of technical/technology job processes and results.

Responsible for giving technical explanations to customers related to problem solving under guidance.
