QUALITY DEPARTMENT AUTOMOTIVE - SAUDI ARABIA About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Department Automotive professional to join their team in

Saudi Arabia

on a contract basis. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance across the client's automotive manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

Implementing and overseeing quality control processes and procedures to identify and mitigate defects

Conducting regular inspections and audits to monitor product quality and compliance with industry standards

Analysing quality data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborating with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and optimise processes

Providing training and support to quality assurance staff to continuously upskill the team

Ensuring all quality documentation and records are properly maintained

Reporting on quality performance and making recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the automotive manufacturing industry

In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, tools and techniques

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and lead a team of quality assurance professionals

Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
