Procurement Specialist

Manage the procurement process from PR to PO and contract. Source, negotiate, and evaluate vendors and suppliers. Support mall operational needs (engineering, tenant, events, GA). Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost efficiency. Prepare procurement reports and maintain documentation. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in mall, property, or retail industries. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Familiar with procurement/finance systems (SAP, Accurate, or similar). Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
