Sales Executive (Dental Care)

Identify and develop business opportunities for dental medical devices by analyzing market potential, customer needs, competitors, pricing, and promotional activities.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for dental products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors through regular visits, product demonstrations, and dental-related events.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training related to dental medical devices.

Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market feedback, and target achievement.

Ensure sales activities comply with applicable medical device regulations and company policies.

Achieve sales targets as set by management.

Requirements

Minimum education Diploma (D3) in any major (preferably from Health, Dentistry, Medical Device, or Marketing-related fields) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices or dental products.

Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.

Able to conduct professional presentations, product demonstrations, and sales activities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Willing to work in a mobile role, visit customers regularly, and willing to be placed in one of our Branch Office : Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang.

Possess good understanding of dental products and the medical device market (an advantage).
