Job Description

Digital Marketing - Luxury Brand & Social Media Specialist Develop and execute a structured social media strategy aligned with the company’s luxury brand positioning and target high‑end market segment.

Conceptualize and produce premium‑quality content (photo, video, reels, carousel, project storytelling) that reflects refined aesthetics and strong visual consistency.

Write persuasive, elegant, and brand‑aligned captions in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, ensuring zero tolerance for tone inconsistency or grammatical errors.

Maintain a cohesive and curated social media feed that reflects sophistication, exclusivity, and attention to detail.

Create and manage a disciplined content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and timely execution.

Manage and monitor the company’s Google Business Profile, including professional handling of Google Reviews and online reputation management.

Monitor audience engagement (comments, direct messages, inquiries) and respond in a timely and professional manner that reflects brand prestige.

Analyze content performance (engagement rate, reach, saves, shares, inquiry conversion) and prepare structured monthly reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Project, Design, Sales, Management) to ensure all published content accurately represents the company’s project quality and standards.

Continuously refine content strategy based on data insights while maintaining luxury positioning (trend‑aware but not trend‑driven).

Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable) Minimum 1 year of experience as a Digital Marketing, Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.

Luxury or Premium Lifestyle Brands

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience handling premium or high‑end brands (active links must be provided).

Strong visual sensibility and understanding of luxury branding principles (composition, tone, detail, minimalism, visual hierarchy).

Exceptional copywriting skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Solid understanding of brand positioning, not limited to content production alone.

Experience in content planning, analytics interpretation, and performance‑based strategy improvement.

Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and able to work under high standards and structured expectations.

Familiar with social media tools and analytics platforms.

Professional maturity in handling brand image and digital reputation.
