Responsibilities
To provide a systematical and organized administration and correspondence.
Ensure all correspondences, faxes, messages, e-mails are responded in a timely manner or disseminated accordingly and demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills Liaise closely with all dept heads and supervisors in developing departmental communication and operation.
Requirements
Indonesian citizen, ideally graduated from Hospitality University or School
Has previous experience in similar role
Demonstrate a good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and great eye for details
Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office is required
Highly motivated, self-driven, and creative team player
Excellent English communication in both written and spoken
