What You’ll Do

Holistic project work: analysis of processes, procurement organizations, and product groups; development and implementation of strategies to optimise the supply chain and procurement process.

Work on a broad range of challenges across industries—including start‑ups, retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical, and healthcare—at home and abroad.

Intensive customer consulting: work closely with clients, prepare and participate in workshops and negotiations, present processes and structures, and act as a direct contact to quickly gain industry know‑how.

Cross‑industry development: build knowledge across the company by participating in various compliance centres and further developing skills in new subject areas.

Professional leadership: lead interns and consultants, transferring methods and specific expertise while taking on initial management responsibility.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) with an above‑average grade

Minimum 2 years (Consultant) or 4 years (Senior Consultant) of relevant experience in consulting, procurement, supply chain management or operations

Analytical thinking, flexibility, enthusiasm for new tasks, and a results‑oriented mindset

Strong communication and presentation skills

Team player, fair, and fun with both feet firmly on the ground

Confident appearance in an international environment, fluent business English, and flexible professional mobility
