Reward Manager

Reward Manager is responsible for planning, administering, and managing the company’s reward, compensation and benefits programs to support competitive talent attraction and retention in the financial services industry. This role ensures salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits comply with Indonesian labor regulations while aligning with the company's business objectives and performance culture.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop and manage salary structures, job grades, and pay ranges to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Manage annual performance-based salary adjustments, merit increases, and incentive/bonus calculations. Analyze employee/talent performance data and compensation for identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with Finance and HR Manager to plan compensation budgets and workforce cost projections. Develop and maintain relationships with reward vendors and service providers and also collaborate with all & a cross function Identify and resolve issues related to reward, compensation and benefit programs.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, especially in creating the salary structure and total reward management concept Strong knowledge of salary structure design, job evaluation, grading methodology, and incentive modeling. Experience conducting market benchmarking and salary surveys. Understanding of labor law and tax regulations related to payroll & benefits. Experience in financial services or large corporate environment is an advantage.
