Office Manager - Tangerang

Achieve the short-term goals in assigned offices for Student Placement & execute the long-term strategy of the company to strengthen its position as a leading student placement service provider. This will be achieved by balancing local customer needs with a global operating model.

Responsibilities

Strengthen the company’s leadership to become one of the top 2 players in Multi-Destination markets.

Develop and execute destination‑wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.

Provide strong business leadership, instilling the company’s vision and fostering a performance‑driven culture within the office team.

Mentor, coach, and maintain ongoing communication to drive high engagement and excellent business results.

Build robust client support through continuous engagement and client relationship management.

Cultivate strong matrix working relationships with country teams to deliver optimal results.

Support IELTS candidate registrations at the office.

Help build a world‑class operating environment by exhibiting a collaborative yet decisive style.

Effectively implement global priority projects at the country or office level.

Collaborate with the country finance team to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and policies.

Sales

Develop and maintain a strong sales and service culture within the business.

Identify, develop, and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives for student placement offices.

Collaborate with Destination Managers and Marketing to develop and run lead-generation programs, including events, client office visits, and web initiatives.

Ensure counselling capacity and capability meet targets and improve consistently.

Establish best‑practice frameworks and mechanisms based on IDP’s core SOP model.

Lead and support offices to improve sales productivity through CRM adoption, pipeline management, and conversion benchmarks.

Enhance sales skills through training initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferable), any field.

Minimum 4 years of education experience.

Experience in a target‑based sales environment.

Strong problem‑resolution skills.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Good written and verbal English skills.
