Responsibilities

Draft, review, and revise legal documents including contracts

Ensure contract terms alignment with business process and scope of work

Manage legal records and complete documentation of legal papers

Liaise with external legal counsel on special projects including new business developments

Provide legal support for other departments on their business needs

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from Law or any related field

3-5 years of experience in Legal, preferably FMCG or E‑Commerce

Strong knowledge of Commercial Contract Law, Corporate Law & Governance, Intellectual Property Rights, and Dispute Resolution

Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in English
