Senior SMT Process Engineer

PCI Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior SMT Process Engineer to join our Engineering department. This position will be based in our Batam office.

Responsibilities: Lead a group of Process Engineer & Asst. Engineer To set and generate work instruction for some products To review and improve current processes To perform any evaluation related to new material/process To support production in daily running

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic, Mechanical or something of relevant field Possesses 2 years’ of relevant experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Process Knowledgeable/Familiar with PCBA products Possesses good problem-solving capabilities
