Responsibilities

Carry out installation, repair and preventive maintenance of customers’ MFDs (e.g. copiers and printers) Manage the inventory of MFD parts, tools and assets assigned to you Ensure internal records are updated timely and status of service calls are communicated to the team Qualifications

Experience in troubleshooting monochrome and colour printers in a network environment or any technician experience with basic IT knowledge Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
