Regulatory Affairs (BPOM & HALAL) – Vitamins PT MEDISINDO BAHANA – Central Jakarta, Jakarta, ID

Responsibilities

Register products with BPOM (cosmetics, health supplements, traditional medicines, food), the Ministry of Health (medical devices, household health supplies), and BPJPH (Halal certification).

Ensure that both printed and digital documents are well‑organized, accessible, and searchable.

Keep all regulatory information up to date on an ongoing basis.

Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of product registrations.

Maintain strong relationships and communication with government institutions and overseas principals related to product registration, importation, and distribution.

Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth and well‑documented registration activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.

Experience with Halal/SNI certification or import‑export is a plus.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Experience in multi‑category product registration (cosmetics, food, medical devices, etc.).

Strong administrative and correspondence abilities.
