Senior Procurement Specialist

Responsible

Support the development and execution of procurement strategies aligned with corporate and project requirements. Manage day-to-day procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract administration. Ensure timely procurement of goods and services in accordance with approved budgets and specifications. Identify, evaluate, and maintain a qualified supplier base to ensure continuity of supply and competitive pricing. Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial terms, service levels, and risk mitigation. Support cost-saving initiatives, value engineering, and spend optimization programs. Review purchase requests, purchase orders, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support digitalization and process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and transparency.

Qualfication Bachelor’s degree

any major. Minimum

5 years of experience

in procurement or purchasing, preferably in

retail industries . Having experience handling

or

Marketing

area Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel ; experience with procurement systems is an advantage. High integrity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. English is a must . Willing to placement at
