Job Description:

Responsible for handling and serving priority customers related to funding products.

Make offers via online calls to digital customers related to offering banking products

Do cross selling

Confirm the customers for funding product offers.

Become an active and pro-active Funding to support Business Partners.

Complete all other assignments given by the Head of Department related to the implementation of the Bank's marketing function.

Requirements:

At least Bachelor Degree education

Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Customer Service, Customer Experience, Customer Priority.

Experiences related to cross selling

Have good problem solving skills, communication skills, and analytical thinking skills

Proficient operate Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel)
