Production Team Leader

placed in Bekasi. This position will be responsible for production process efficiency, workers and food safety, GMP, planning & realization, safety , Project, Continuous Improvement and also people development.

This position is a 12-month contract role and will require working in shifts.

Responsibilities: Responsible for all activities of the production process in order to run effective, efficient, orderly and controlled cover issues: Safety, Efficiency, Quality, Cost (RM-PM), GMP, 5R/5S Responsible for achieving production plan as per planning targets Ensure using Raw and Packaging Material as per standard and maintain stock in accordance to the Shop Order (SO) As coordinator to implement and update Autonomous Maintenance continuously to keep machine reliability in order to reduce CDT (Critical Down Time) & increase the production efficiency As change agent to implement lean initiatives, such as Small Suggestion, 5R, Leadership Standard Work, Visual WI, Visual Management, etc.

Ingredients you will need to be successful in this role: Bachelor degree from any disciplines with minimum 1 years experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment, preferable from Food Manufacturing Strong leadership skills Ability to work cross-functionally, manage diverse group and influence Problem solving and decision making
